Cracked lower hull

Well.... I just saw my 3rd Spark with a cracked lower hull.

Pretty depressing when you have to tell people that the lower hull assemblies are on factory back order with no availability date.

Some of the smaller cracks can be plasti-welded, but 2 of the units I saw had 2ft cracks down the side.
Anyone else having these issues????

Not my personal ski. We have seen a few customers come in with cracked lower hulls on their Sparks.

Just wondering if anyone else out there has seen this issue or is having/had this issue.

My understanding on the 2 I am referring to is that the owners were out jumping waves when this problem occurred.

Aren't these hulls fiberglass?

The Spark is not fiberglass.
It is a composite plastic.
