    Just purchase...

Day 1 Runs pretty good. Fast and Fun. A little difficult to keep running at first until you get the knack to keep it from stalling. A very fun day!
Day 2 starts good easier to keep running day starts off good. Boat running good.... Seems to cavitate in a tight turn(deep water) and then it fails to top out.... won't go very fast anymore.
Day 3.. Starts OK allow a long warm up puts around the lake...... cannot get the engine to go above 3500 rpm... never gets it....

Plan for Day 4... pull the boat from the water put it on the trailer and start looking for a simple issue to fix..... Hoping anyway... Any suggestions? I am new to this

How long has it been sitting?
When ws the last time it ran properly?

This is a 1997 challenger so I will bet you need to clean (possibly rebuild) your carburetor/s and maybe even replace your fuel lines.

I would also take a good look at the wear ring (plastic sleeve) around the impeller inside the pump assembly to check for excessive clearance which would cause your cavitation issue.

We sell all the of the parts needed to repair/service your watercraft.

Please let me know how i can further assist you.
