Crankshaft Trueing and Welding
The Crankshaft is absolutely the "spine" of your power-plant.
It is the core part of a 2-stroke engines design.
It has the most stress put upon it out of all the
other components. To be clarify, the lower Connecting
Rods especially! The best crankshafts are the ones
that are built using quality components and have been
assembled with pride and exacting tolerances. Crankshafts
that are trued by the "supporting on centers" method
some feel is the toughest test to pass! Then massaged
by only very experienced and prideful pros. These
cranks are the ones that run the longest, rev the
highest, and produce the least vibrations. They also
eliminate exhaust studs breaking in 587s, 657s and
717s! No mystery! It is usually due to harmonic vibration
that is caused by the Crank assembly not being anywhere
near "SPOT-ON." We true and weld the best cranks to
be had. We have found some need no welding at all.
Stroker are Cranks available upon request in billet
only. From the lower-cost remanufactured units, OEM
remans, to our full Race-Prepped Cranks. We have the
best to offer for all cases. Tell us what fits your

in the photos we do many styles of cranks. And some
of the fastest Pros in the world will only use "our
cranks"! We assure that all of our Premium Cranks
(OEM Remans, and Race Cranks) to be within .001"-.002"
maximum run-out. If you cut corners in the quality
and condition of your crankshaft, eminent death will
