From “PURE TORQUE-MONSTER” to “HIGH REVING / PEAK HP SILLY” set-ups!! Our Port-Smiths know what it takes and have been schooled in the “SCIENCE” of engines and high performance applications. Our 3 and 5 angle Valve Jobs on 4-Strokes are second to NONE! With Flow-Benches and Extrude-Hone services at our grasp we can deliver what others  promise. We have been working with 14,000-16,000 + RPM 4 strokes in Road Racing Motorcycles for over 35 years alone. Kawasaki, Rotax-Powered Aprillias, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Ducati, Buehl, and on and on!! We always have someone and/or something in front of the pack or trying to get there!! That is OUR GOAL. And to meet your needs is a priority at PPG. Many will tell you that you’re Rotax Engine needs porting-work to come alive NOT SO! Yet it is always beneficial to have a professional match-up and the ports and Cylinder liners when applicable, get rid of any misalignments and casting/flashing/flaws and create the best possible power delivery. Make no mistake, we get real gains from porting, but it isn’t where we start! Many other simpler bolt-ones or simple carb/head work will give you a nice gain. This is a ROTAX CREEDO: POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO AS A CORNER STONE! A way of thinking I couldn’t agree with more! The photos will show a few pieces we have worked. Porting for 89 octane fuel to race fuel is available. Porting

Pump Modification and Repairs

Advancements in the area of Jet Pump Technology are still being chased and tested for today’s high horsepower machines. Skat-Trak’s Introduction of the 10-12-14 vein pumps available with a Set-Back option is the closest we have seen to innovation and break-through
in this technology!! Never before found amounts of “hook-up” has resulted in allowing the envelope to be pushed further and has resulted in a true advancement. It means everything in competition, or to even satisfy the hardcore riders. Not shattering but my hats off to GP of Skat-Trak!!! And all those that helped the development of the new series of magnum pumps!! These things being said we do offer Skat-Traks Premium Magnum Series Jet Pumps and use them in our race units when the rules allow. For those who have Bronze or Aluminum pumps we do offer Pump Porting and Blue-Printing for a nice gain in acceleration and top-speed, plus a much smoother operating craft under load. Impeller Modification and Repair

With Professional Impeller Servicing Equipment we provide professional impeller repair and custom pitching for your specific needs. Our  impellers have gained a reputation as THE winning ticket in the quest for acceleration and top-speed. As seen in the pictures we save many damaged impellers! Not only do they work well most will notice a nice enhancement in performance when reinstalled over the OEM impeller!! Impeller re-pitching is $95 and that includes rebalancing and refinishing (when needed). We will re-pitch one additional time to  “pin-point” as close as possible without being “on-site”, to achieve the happy balance that makes the *THRUST* that moves our machines the way we WANT them to move, that being the ultimate goal!
